Basil Holy is a plant with purple stems and mauve flowers with a tinge of pink. It has a gorgeous scent. Basil Holy can grow quite large, so give it room to grow. The taste is often compared to the taste of cloves, with perhaps a touch of mint and a hint of peppery spices. Its leaves are usually used for making tea. In Thailand, it is used extensively in culinary dishes.
